Ordering merchandise online will avoid queuing on event days to process your order and payment, and ensure available stock is allocated to you at time of purchase.
​
Club Merchandise will still be available for sale on Event days, but purchasing online beforehand is far more convenient for everyone.

Delivery & Pickup
​
Orders are picked fortnightly as all club merchandise is stored at the SBSC Clubhouse and accessed only on BRRC Event Days.
You will need to take this into consideration if choosing the Standard Shipping (by Post) option.
​
We provide two options for delivery of online purchases :-
​
Option 1 - Pickup at the next scheduled BRRC event (PREFERRED)
​
Online purchases will be available for pickup at the Merchandise table on BRRC Event days from 5.30am onwards - so please arrive a little earlier to collect your order. Orders not collected will be held over until the next event.
​
Cut-off time for orders will be 7pm on the Saturday evening prior to the Sunday event, to enable us to pick your order early and have it ready for pickup at Sunday's event.

Option 2 - Standard Shipping (by Post)
​
As the club is run by volunteers, any Club Merchandise purchased with the Standard Shipping option will be despatched fortnightly on the Monday after BRRC Club Events. Shipping will be via Australia Post at a flat rate of $ 12.00 per order.
Cut-off time for orders will be 7pm on the Saturday evening prior to the Sunday event, to enable us to pick your order on the Sunday and despatch on the Monday. This will ensure you receive your items at least a week before the next scheduled fortnightly event.

If you place your order after the cut-off time, it may not be picked and despatched until the Monday after the following fortnightly BRRC event. Therefore, we suggest you select Option 1 - Pickup at the next scheduled BRRC event as your preferred delivery option.
